Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you enter when you request a free AI Relevance Blueprint™ on aielevant.com.

What we collect

The blueprint form asks for your business name, email, website, industry and primary challenge, and optionally your name, phone number, city, state and up to three competitor websites.

How we use it

• To analyze your business and generate your blueprint. Our system visits the publicly available pages of the website you provide, and of any competitor websites you list; it does not log in to anything or access private areas.
• If we prepare a supporting evidence file with you (for example analytics figures or sample AI answers), it is used only to produce your report.
• We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

• Your form details are held only while your blueprint is being generated and are deleted when it finishes.
• The finished blueprint, including any competitor comparison and supporting evidence used in it, is kept for up to 24 hours so it can be shown to you, then it is removed.
• We do not keep your email address or phone number after your blueprint is produced.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify, and the analysis runs on Render. Your information passes through their servers to deliver the service, and they may keep standard technical logs under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Only the fields marked as required are needed to generate a blueprint. If you prefer not to share your phone number or name, leave those fields blank.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
